01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and 889u ("889u", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 889u platform, including but not limited to the website at 889u.org, the sportsbook, casino, instant games, payment services, and all associated features and content.

By creating an 889u account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the 889u platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the 889u platform and close your account.

889u reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via the platform or the registered email address on your 889u account. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. 02 Eligibility & Registration

To register an account and use the 889u platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. 889u enforces a strict minimum age policy. Underage gambling is illegal, harmful, and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
2. You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate accounts, nominee accounts, and accounts held on behalf of another person are not permitted.
3. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the 889u platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of 889u or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.
5. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed with 889u or any other gambling platform that you have agreed to honour.
6. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending funds.

One account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address is permitted. 889u reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during your use of the platform — including before processing any withdrawal. Accounts that fail verification checks may be suspended pending review.

03 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 889u login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account. You must not share your 889u login details with any other person under any circumstances.

Any activity that occurs on your 889u account — including bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — will be treated as your own actions and will be binding on you, regardless of whether you authorised those actions or not. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify 889u support immediately via live chat or email.

• You must keep your registered email address and contact details up to date at all times.
• You must not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to interact with the 889u platform.
• You must not attempt to access another user's 889u account under any circumstances.
• You are responsible for ensuring your device and internet connection are secure when accessing 889u.

889u will never contact you to ask for your password. Any communication claiming to be from 889u and requesting your full login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the 889u support team without delay.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

889u supports deposits and withdrawals via Bitcoin, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers. The availability of any particular payment method may vary depending on your location, account status, and prevailing technical conditions. 889u reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time.

All deposits must originate from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Depositing funds from a third-party source — including another person's JazzCash wallet, bank account, or crypto wallet — is strictly prohibited. Any deposits identified as originating from third-party sources may be held pending investigation and may ultimately be returned to the originating source.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the 889u cashier page at the time of deposit.
• Crypto deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations. Processing times depend on network conditions and are outside 889u's direct control.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 889u may request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times are indicative only. Crypto withdrawals typically process within minutes to a few hours after verification. Bank transfer withdrawals process within banking hours.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

889u offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing registered users. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time the bonus is offered or claimed. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall take precedence.

Unless stated otherwise in the applicable bonus terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 889u promotions:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per eligible account, per household, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that bonus's individual terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games or betting markets as specified in the applicable promotion. Some bonuses are restricted to cricket betting, PSL markets, or specific slot titles.
• Where a bonus is subject to a time limit, any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry without exception.
• Creating multiple accounts, using automated tools, or engaging in coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts will result in bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and recovery of any associated winnings.
• 889u reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 889u platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are published within the relevant section of the 889u platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

For the purposes of cricket betting — which includes PSL markets, international T20s, Test matches, and domestic tournaments — the following general principles apply:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Odds may change before your bet is accepted; the confirmed odds at the moment of acceptance are final.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or ruled void, settled bets will be handled in accordance with the specific rules for that event type. Void bets are returned to your account balance.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. 889u reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during a live event.
• For casino games and instant games (including Fisher Game and Fortune Snake), the outcome of each round is determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software. 889u does not manipulate or influence the outcome of any game.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply and are displayed within the relevant game or market.

889u reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed using incorrect odds resulting from a technical fault, or placed in circumstances where we reasonably believe a material error has occurred. Users will be notified of any voided bets and the relevant stake returned to their account balance.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 889u platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the 889u platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, crawlers, scrapers, or any mechanical or electronic process to interact with the 889u platform in a way not intended by normal human use.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through arbitrage, matched betting using bonus funds in a structured abusive manner, or systematic exploitation of technical errors in odds or game outcomes.
• Colluding with other users, acting in concert, or operating as part of an organised betting syndicate for the purpose of manipulating outcomes or abusing platform features.
• Attempting to access, probe, or test the security of the 889u platform, its servers, or its databases without written authorisation from 889u.
• Uploading, transmitting, or distributing any virus, malware, or other harmful code via the 889u platform.
• Using offensive, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language in any communication with 889u staff or other platform users.
• Impersonating any 889u staff member, agent, or affiliated partner in any context.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 889u platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game titles, graphical assets, software, text, data compilations, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of 889u or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 889u platform solely for your own personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, republish, or redistribute any 889u content in any form.
• Create derivative works based on any 889u intellectual property.
• Use the 889u name, logo, or branding in any commercial context without explicit written permission.
• Screen-scrape or systematically extract data from the 889u platform.

Any breach of these intellectual property provisions may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 889u shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 889u platform — including losses arising from betting outcomes, game results, service interruptions, or technical faults.

889u does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, and circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

Where 889u's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 889u account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

889u is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of the platform. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. If gambling is no longer enjoyable, or if you feel that your gambling habits are becoming a concern, please make use of the responsible gaming tools available within your 889u account.

The following tools are available to all registered 889u users directly from the account dashboard, without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.

11 Suspension & Termination

889u reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice, where 889u has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is in progress.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes.
• The account holder is not eligible to use the platform under Section 2 of these Terms.
• The account is subject to an AML investigation or a regulatory request for information.
• The security of the account has been compromised.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding bonus funds and associated winnings accrued through conduct in violation of these Terms will be forfeited. Real money funds deposited in good faith will be returned to the originating payment source following the completion of any applicable investigation or verification process.

You may close your 889u account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any eligible real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following verification of your identity.

12 Amendments to These Terms

889u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page.
